    This is another simple, efficient, no brainer, technology which has been available for decades, and which few people are interested in utilizing. There is a Chinese firm which commercially produces these (Jiangsu Shuangliang Air-conditioning Equipment Co.
    ), though not specifically for use with solar power. In another life, I used to work as a nuclear electrician on a submarine (the USS Hawkbill) in the 1980s, and this is the way we cooled the entire ship.
