Carrier air-conditioner at nursing home

PLEASE RATE and tell me what you think.

The Carrier heat pump at the nursing home where one of my classes takes place. The class does not have to do with nursing, it is just held in the basement of the building. The heat pump in the video is responsible for heating and cooling the basement and laundry room.

UPDATE: I have recently found out that this a straight-cool A/C unit with what is basically an electric furnace.

    heat pumps don’t work well in areas whare it get vary cold in the winter such as the area i live in so some just use the aux gas or electric furnace

    This unit is from before 1992, I know this because of the style of lettering on the logo. They made these from 1989 to 2006, and they are very good in my opinion :)
