My central air conditioning unit has stopped working. The AC UNIT outside works (spinning) but doesn’t cool!

Please help! The AC fan blower outside spins perfectly, but the house doesn’t cool on COOL MODE. Turning on the FAN works, but barely blows any cool air inside the house (NON AC, just FAN on ON not AUTO.)
Ohh.. and its only 1 year old !!
Indoor cooling coil may be froze up .If you see ice on the lines anywhere that’s whats happening.
May be due to plugged filter. If so let it thaw out completely.
If not the filter then call a repair co. to check out it may have a refrigerant leak.

I’d call the company you bought it from, see what they say. If they can’t help, contact your local HVAC company.

1.check outside and see if ur compressor is on would make a vibration noise coming from it means its pump..even though ur fans spinning ur compressor could not be running if case very good chance compressor shot.
2.if u cant tell if compressor is running feel the bigger line aka suction line it should be cold sumtimes sweating and the small line should be warm if big line is frozen most likely u have a leak witch would cause the no cool air and freezing of pipes in that case call a tech and make them find the leak hope this helps

i am an hvac tech
the out side is 1 year old the inside is how old? need more info did you change out the inside if not your probably low on refridgerant if its not working in auto mode its your t-stat like i said need more info call a tech
