How to rewire the portable air conditioning to 35 degree?

I have a 3 door cooler and I want to install the Air Conditioning and convert it to the cooler. I know it preset to lowest you can go is 60 degree. I want to rewire to by pass the setting. Can any one help me? I greatly appreciated.

The system is not designed to cool that low.

    No 60 is as cold as it will go.
